Therapy is a professional relationship between equals. I am not the expert on you, you are; let’s collaboratively work together to get you closer to your Life Worth Living Goals. My hope is to foster a safe/reliable and supportive environment for you to be your authentic self. My approach is present oriented, culturally sensitive, and trauma informed through balancing acceptance and change principles of treatment. We meet in either in-person, telehealth, or hybrid settings for up to 50 minutes.

Length of treatment is dependent on several factors. Factors such as severity of symptomology and client goals will influence length of treatment. My ultimate goal in each of the treatment modalities I use is for the client to one day be able to be their own therapist. The intention is to equip clients with the skills that help them reduce suffering and increase behavioral and emotional control of their lives.
